Closing Position

This week we decided to pull the trigger and close out our 2 positions in non-dividend paying companies KNF and WBD. Both positions were established when we received shares as part of their spin-offs from their parent companies, MDU and T. We decided to hold on to the shares, initially, in the hopes that the companies might initiate paying a dividend. However, since neither company has given signs that they might initiate dividend payouts in the near future, we decided to go ahead and sell all our shares this week. The proceeds from the sales will be re-invested as part of our regular capital allocations as outlined in our strategy.
